WorldDate.com’s membership term

WorldDate.com is a concept developed by RMF Media and gives registered users the ability to use e-mail and profile web service.

Our service are available and may be used only by persons who, according to local law and are entitle to enter into legally binding agrement.

WorldDate.com is reserved for adults, persons who are of age in relasjon to local laws and rights and legal autorities.

When you register as a member you are declare that you undersand RMF Media’s rules and terms of use. It is very important that you behave properly, thoughfully and respectfully to other users . You can not offend other users.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your behavior and conduct towards other members is legal and in accordance with local laws and regulation.

You agere that your information is not libelous, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or obscene. You may not provide false information such as name, age, picture or wrong sex, linking into other materials, refer to other websites. You can not take advantage of coyright-proteced materials, links or info.

You may not use links or info about the competing sides. You may not use the RMF Media services that may be offensive or insulting to other users.

It is not allowed to spread religious or political messages to members. It is not allowed to personal attack, name or designation of other users without their consent. Defamatory statment about members, pornographic image, text or anything that can be associated with sexuality, is prohibited. Also racist remarks are prohibited.

Pictures of children is prohibited without parental permission.

RMF Media discourage members to publish uproar by minors. Pet pictures are not allowed without the owners premission. Inappropriate or offensive animal pictures are not allowed to publish on the concept of RMF Media.

WorldDate.com is not responsible for information that you, as a user,post on profile. But will encourage users to not give out your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, IQC number or other contact information in the discription of yourself.

WorldDate.com is not responsible for information or content posted on the website or transmitted via our services. We encourage the user to exercise caution and use common sence.

RMF Media reserves the right to delete your profile and cancel each membership, to people who violate our terms and rules. It happens automatically and without notice at anytime, without explanation and without limitation. RMF Media will delete the profile if the member is suspected of fraud, or kriminal matters relater to our service. RMF Media, in which case no obligation to delete a member, nor any back payment of any paid memberfee. You are, as a member with us, solely responsible for the legality of your profile according to other users, local law and RMF Media. You are also responsible for all communication with our other users. You have, like other members, declared that the content you know and understand our rules and what RMF Media wants for its users.

RMF Media may, for practical reasons, not monitor or control the use of this website., at any time. Neither the communication between users.

RMF Media may without notice, remove all or part of your profile, if considered, for WorldDate.com appear to be serious, and if it can harm WorldDate’s reputasjon.

Criticism or complaigns against WorldDate.com, on our website or via our users are not permitter. Criticism against WorldDate.com, promoter directly to WorldDate.com via e-mail or directly to customer service, so this can be discussed and answered in a factual manner. This also applies to conflicts between users, or other problems that may arise.

WorldDate.com is not responsible for damage to a customer unless thai can be attributed to gross negligence on the part WorldDate.com. WorldDate.com, under any circumstances be liable only for the klients direct expenses as a result of clame related action. Requirements, as mentioned, must be presented within one week after injury, or had knowlegde of the injury and WorldDate.com. Liability is limited to 1500 norwegian crowns per claim.

Agreement between WorldDate.com and user shall be governed by Norwegian law.

This user agreemnet explains the entire understanding and agrement between WorldDate.com and you with respekt to its content. It can not, one the basis of WorldDate.com construed adversely against us. If any of these rules are difficult to enforce, can WorldDate.com, without notice, remove or changer the policy and provision.
